To financially support artists and their creative process during COVID-19, Works and Process at the Guggenheim launched the Virtual Commissions series, which features new video works filmed in quarantine by Works and Process artists.

Artist’s Note: “‘This Moment’ is an ongoing work and process between choreographic artist Stefanie Batten Bland and installation artist Conrad Quesen. Filmed respecting COVID-19 distancing, the transparent use of PVC interrogates questions surrounding the definitions of safe space, indoor/outdoor, and the weight relationships of oppression.”
